Who I am
I’m 31, live in Hamburg and have spent over seven years working professionally on a question nearly every woman knows: how do I get the man I really want – without bending myself out of shape? I studied communication science, then gave flirting and dating workshops for years and worked with several hundred women.

How it all began
In my mid-twenties I was the woman who analysed chat histories for hours. I waited months for a man who would never have made the first move – and overlooked three who would have. The turning point came at a wedding in Lübeck, when a friend told me: “You’re always waiting for permission.” That sentence hit home.
After that I turned everything around: I started conversations myself, said clearly what I was looking for and stopped making myself smaller. What happened in the two years that followed completely changed my view of dating – including my experience with platforms like sugar dating, where it’s out in the open from the start who is looking for what. That clarity is missing almost everywhere in regular dating.
